Workshops and Courses - Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Your place on the course will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit.
2. A limited number of places at a concessionary rate may be available to pensioners, full-time students, and those in receipt of benefits - please discuss with the trainer before booking/making a payment.
3. If you change your mind less than 4 weeks before the start of the course, your deposit is not refundable, but is transferable to the next available course.
4. If the course is cancelled by the organiser, all participants will receive a full refund.
5. If you arrive late or have to leave the course early, no refund will be offered for the missed part of the workshop; if the course is certified you may not receive your certificate if you miss part of the course.
6. Course participants must take responsibility for their own wellbeing and learning and should inform the tutor of any special requirements or medical issues prior to the start of the workshop, to ensure that everyone's needs can be appropriately met.
