I teach my clients a range of tools for pain relief, including approaches from Emotional Freedom Techniques, Neurolinguistic Programming and Self-Hypnosis. We will practise these during the sessions and you should be able to use these techniques for self-help at home. Working through emotional issues can also help alleviate a number of other physical symptoms, such as IBS, skin problems, fatigue, high blood pressure.
